1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Baseplate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Marketplace
Baseplate is a marketplace for Roblox creators. Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Baseplate a license to host and distribute it. Buyers receive a license to use purchased assets according to each product's license terms.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are issued only in cases of clearly defective or misrepresented assets, at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to disrupt the platform, or harass other users.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Baseplate constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
